How old do I need to be?

Generally, you must be 16 or over to join myLIMITLESS.

If you are 13 -15, you can join myLIMITLESS via a gift membership, but you must obtain consent from your parent or guardian before joining, and ask them to help you through the joining process.

How long do I need to sign up for?

The minimum membership period is 3 months when you pay monthly.

If you pay upfront the minimum period is 12 months.

What can I watch?

Any standard public 2D screenings with standard seating in a standard auditorium, including ODEON Kids, ODEON Newbies, ODEON Silver Cinema and ODEON Screen Unseen.

Which screenings aren’t included?

ODEON Event Cinema (music, theatre, sport etc.), and special or private screenings such as film festivals and premières.

Which ODEON cinemas aren’t included?

West End cinemas are only included if you select the ‘with West End*’ package. These include:

London Leicester Square, Haymarket and West End.

There are no upgrade fees for ODEON Luxe cinemas included in your package, except Islington Luxe & Dine which is available for an upgrade fee per visit. BFI IMAX is not included in any myLIMITLESS package.

Where can I book my tickets?

You can book your tickets for standard screenings in cinema, on our website or on our myODEON app.

What do I have to pay extra for?

iSense, 3D screenings, 3D glasses, IMAX, Dolby cinema, The Gallery, D-Box, Premier seating and any premium screening or seat type. There are upgrade fees for Islington Luxe & Dine, and certain seats in the Dolby Cinema in ODEON Luxe Leicester Square.

The Royal Box at Leicester Square is not included in any package or with upgrade fees.

How many tickets can I book at once?

You can book tickets to see as many screenings as you like on the day you are booking. You can also book up to four tickets for future screenings.

Your bookings can’t overlap (after all, you can’t be in two places at once!).

When do I have to show my membership in cinema?

Make sure you can display your digital membership card via the myODEON app to book tickets and enter screenings.

Can I lend my membership or give my ticket(s) to someone else?

Member benefits are for cardholders only - no sharing please!

Which food and drink does the 10% discount apply to?

You can get 10% off all food and drink except Candyking pick and mix, or Costa products. To get the discount, use your myLIMITLESS membership card to order online, on the myODEON app or at the cinema kiosk, or show your card to a cinema host at the retail counter.

How do I book exclusive preview screenings?

You can book upcoming preview screenings via the myODEON app. Simply look out for the "Limitless screenings" icon.
